By entering Chances Fort St. John, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Section 4: Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude from our premises for a specified period by contacting BCLC or visiting their website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has been previously barred or excluded.

Section 6: Withdrawal of Funds

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written notification from you.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any matters not specifically addressed within these Terms and Conditions will be determined according to standard gaming industry practices.
